Description Bollinger Rosé

Estate

Established in 1829 in Aÿ, Champagne Bollinger is among the most respected houses, renowned for its full-bodied and sophisticated style driven by Pinot Noir. Still independently owned, it continues to promote excellence through traditional methods and rigorous attention to detail.

Vineyard

This non-vintage rosé Champagne is sourced primarily from Bollinger's Premier and Grand Cru vineyards, mainly located in the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs. The house adopts sustainable viticultural practices to maintain biodiversity and vineyard health.

Wine

The Bollinger Rosé NV is an elegant sparkling wine with structure and depth. Its salmon-pink hue and fine effervescence reflect its finesse. The wine balances fruitiness and vinosity, a hallmark of the Bollinger style. It received scores of 92 from Robert Parker and 93 from Revue du Vin de France.

Vintage

As a non-vintage Champagne, this rosé blends several harvests to ensure consistent quality. Pinot Noir remains the dominant grape, adding character and depth across vintages.

Vinification & Aging

Partly vinified in old oak barrels, the wine ages extensively on lees in Bollinger's cellars. A small addition of red Pinot Noir wine lends color and structure. A careful, moderate dosage preserves the wine’s balance and freshness.

Serving

Serve chilled, between 8 to 10°C; perfect as an aperitif or with roasted poultry.

Aging
