Estate

Champagne Jacquesson is one of the most respected houses in Champagne, known for its high standards and limited production. Founded in 1798, it is currently run by the Chiquet family, promoting an artisanal and parcel-based approach. The house emphasizes precise oak barrel vinification and extended lees aging. Jacquesson stands out for its evolving 700 cuvée, reflecting each harvest. Its commitment to sustainable practices reflects a rigorous oenological philosophy.

Vineyard

Jacquesson works with top vineyard parcels in Avize, Aÿ, Dizy, and Hautvillers. The vineyards are managed using environmentally respectful methods that promote biodiversity. Predominantly chalky soils provide an ideal setting for precise viticulture. Each plot is vinified separately to preserve its origin expression. Grapes are hand-harvested at full maturity.

Wine

This non-vintage Champagne is a harmonious blend of the region’s three main grape varieties. It stands out for its balance, finesse, and aromatic depth. Made from a recent base harvest and complemented by reserve wines, it demonstrates excellent complexity. Its elegance makes it ideal for both aperitif and meals. Vinification & Aging

Fermentations are conducted in oak foudres with strict temperature control. The wine undergoes neither fining nor filtration to preserve purity. Aging on fine lees enhances aromatic complexity. The dosage is kept low to respect the wine’s character. Long cellar aging provides depth and roundness.
