Vineyard

The Blanc de Blancs is made from Chardonnay sourced exclusively from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. These terroirs are known for their vibrant acidity and purity. This Champagne is Non-Vintage (NV), made from a blend of several vintages. Reserve wines (about 40%) bring depth and consistency. Vinification & Aging

Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve aromatic purity. The wine is aged on lees for about 4 to 5 years, contributing to its complex bouquet.
